 n negotiating settlement with the secured lender and warehou
 seman\, AJ Willner Auctions has been retained to liquidate ap
 proximately 500 pallets of inventory situated in (2) Los An
 geles\, CA warehouses.  Royal Sovereign previously utilized 
 these 3rd party logistics warehouses to redirect their inven
 tory upon landing in the US.  All inventory is 1st quality\,
  fresh to market goods.  The pick up location for Auction L
 ots 1 thru 82 is Pick Up Location: 1490 Beachey Place\, Cars
 on\, CA 90746 No inspection will be offered and successful bi
 dders must arrange their own freight.   Successful bidders
  will have the option of utilizing the services of a truckin
 g company or picking up with their own\, dock height\, truck. 
  All pick up will be by appointment and must be completed b
 y end of August 2024.  Inventory will be loaded onto buyers
  trucks by the warehouse operator for no additional charge.
